The Carrier-Lift® inclined platform lift gives businesses with limited space another alternative. It travels along the stairs and can go around corners. When not in use, it folds compactly against the wall.

PL-RA Residential

And, the Porch-Lift Residential is easy to own. It’s low maintenance and features a durable powder coat finish, making it weather resistant. A Porch-Lift Residential can be a more cost-effective alternative to space-hogging ramps, and you’ll never have to shovel snow and ice down a slippery slope.

We engineer all of our lifts for your safety and comfort. Each Porch-Lift undergoes rigorous testing for quality assurance prior to shipping. They fully comply with ADA accessibility guidelines. Enjoy the smooth, quiet ride of your Porch-Lift. The residential model features a gate at the upper landing and an automatic folding ramp at the lower landing. Separate controls at each level ensure that your lift will be exactly where you want it at the push of a button. Its VDR™ mechanical interlocks prevent the lift from moving until the gate is securely closed.

This lift carries a rated load of up to 550 lbs. and operates on a standard household current. It is designed for indoor or outdoor use. Should your needs require a taller lifting height than 6’3”, we offer other models that travel over 14’.

Safety Features:
There are multiple safety features built into each lift. Sensors even detect when an object is blocking the lift’s path, helping prevent damage to the item or lift. Once the path is cleared, the lift will continue to the next level.

PL-S-Standard
A marriage of function and form, the PL-S can be finished to seamlessly blend with its surroundings, maintaining the look and feel of your facility. It’s fully concealed within a hoistway and offers a selection of doors, gates, platform sizes and configurations to achieve the desired appearance and functionality. PL-TG ToeGuard
With our freestanding Porch-Lift Toe-Guard, you can provide wheelchair access to your building with minimal construction.

Because this model features a partial enclosure, it does not require a hoistway. Its clean lines won’t intrude on the architectural design of your building, and it provides greater visibility around the lift. The “toe-guard” feature works as a hoistway, protecting passengers as the lift moves. Choose from a wide selection of doors, gates, platform sizes and configurations to achieve the desired appearance and functionality.

PL-ENC Enclosure
If you’re looking for an elegant access solution without the expense and time commitment involved in constructing your own hoistway, we offer the Porch-Lift Enclosure model. Its unique, modular design provides a simple solution without expensive construction costs.

PL-ENC features a modular corrosion-resistant aluminum frame with smooth, rounded corners, and shatterproof acrylic vision panels. Its clean, contemporary design functions equally well on the interior or exterior of your building. Select tinted windows, ventilation package, and acrylic dome for exterior installations to ensure the comfort of all passengers.

The rustproof aluminum frame with shatterproof, translucent acrylic or high-pressure laminate panels creates an attractive, weather protective enclosure for passengers – while requiring far less space and expense than contractor-built hoistway models.

Plus, a wide variety of optional and special colors are available for the rust-free aluminum frame, so the Porch-Lift Enclosure can be easily customized to meet almost any design specifications. Ask about our custom design services for special installations.

This lift allows travel between two or three landings (14’3”). Full-sized doors are provided on the lower and intermediate landings. Choose either a door or gate for the top landing. You can even choose a weather dome for extra protection from the elements in outdoor lifts.

PL-EZE Enclosure
This flexible enclosure model is uniquely engineered to quickly provide maximum access to your facility with minimal site preparation.

The frame comes standard in steel and can be upgraded to a rust-free aluminum. Panels are available in shatterproof acrylic or opaque, cost-efficient steel. The optional forced air ventilation package ensures passenger comfort indoors and outdoors.

The Porch-Lift EZE Enclosure moves between two or three landings (up to 14’2”).

A full-sized door comes standard on the lower and intermediate landings. For the top landing, choose a full-sized door or adjustable gate. All doors and gates incorporate VDRTM mechanical interlocks with electrical contact for secure and dependable operation. The lift also carries the prestigious Underwriters Laboratories seal.

Remote controls are conveniently located in gates or doorframes, so the lift is always readily available.

The Porch-Lift® EZE Enclosure comes available with a ball screw drive system or optional roped hydraulic or battery operated drive systems, for extra quiet operation.

PL-P Portable
The PL-P was engineered for stages, courtrooms, schools and other such venues where the need for access occurs only occasionally. It is equipped with removable wheels, making it easy to position and lock into place for use, and easy to move out of the way when not required. An adjustable switch allows you to choose your landing height limit. The Porch-Lift Portable lifts up to 6’ and is ideal for anyone who needs to provide wheelchair access at multiple venues or different rooms in the same building.

Standard with four wheels for attachment to the base frame, one lifting lever and support block to assist in the installation and removal of wheels.

Carrier Lift
For facilities like schools, churches or small office buildings, where space is too limited for an elevator or vertical platform lift, the Carrier-Lift offers an affordable access solution.

We follow a meticulous manufacturing process to custom build each Carrier-Lift to meet the exact specifications and requirements of your facility.

The drive system ensures a smooth, quiet ride. And, when the lift starts and automatically stops at the end of the track, it will do so gently. We also offer battery operated systems (BOS) with “smart charge” batteries that continuously charge, ensuring the lift will operate, even in the event of a power outage.

The Carrier-Lift has a 450-pound lifting capacity and pendant controller that enables an attendant to operate the lift. Remote controls ensure the lift will always be available for use. Operating controls are conveniently located on the platform so passengers can direct the lift easily. It features a compact design that can fold out of the way when the lift is not in use. In fact, when folded, the Carrier-Lift comes no more than 24-1/2” away from the wall. For passengers without wheelchairs, the Carrier-Lift comes complete with a comfortable, fold-down seat. Optional power fold-up arms rise at the landings to accommodate entrance and exit from the lift, and lower during transport to ensure the passenger’s safety. Add optional audible alerts and indicator lights to signal the lift is moving.

Multiple platform sizes and configurations ensure a perfect fit. The lift travels along the staircase on a dual-rail system for travel of more than 55’ along a straight or turning staircase.
